Dispute Resolution – Mandatory Arbitration

Any dispute or disagreement related to these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to mandatory arbitration, unless otherwise required by law.

Arbitration will be conducted under the rules of the Paris Mediation and Arbitration Centre (CMAP) or another recognized body.
Proceedings will be held in French, in Paris, unless otherwise agreed.
Each party will bear its own costs, and the arbitrator’s decision will be binding and enforceable.
You waive any right to participate in class actions or collective proceedings.
