  • Custom Templates or Workbooks: Delivered within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds
  • Digital Products: Due to the nature of downloadable content, all sales are final unless the product is defective or inaccessible.
  • Live Coaching Sessions: Refunds are available if canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled time.
  • Custom Services: Partial refunds may be considered if work has not yet begun.
  • Original Art: We cannot refund purchases of Original Art.

 


 

Cancellations
  • You may cancel a coaching session with at least 48 hours’ notice for a full refund or reschedule.
  • No-shows or late cancellations (less than 48 hours) are non-refundable.
  • For subscription-based services, you may cancel anytime before the next billing cycle.
